Eric PMM De Bolle leads EcoSolve USA. A Belgian entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience in finance and international commerce, he is co-founder and CFO of EcoSolve BV, the group's European company.
Eric has founded and led businesses across several sectors and continents: Trading and Consulting Services NV, a leader in IT distribution in the 1990s; Oil Thrust, an international energy trading platform; CB Bitumen FZE, a worldwide supplier of bituminous products; and African Information Technology Group, an internet services company. He brings that commercial, financial and cross-border experience to taking EcoSolve's technology to the U.S. market.

Kumar Loganathan leads technology across the EcoSolve group. A scientist and inventor with more than 16 years of research experience and recipient of the Social Entrepreneur of the Year award at the 14th World Leaders Summit at the University of Oxford, he founded Elbow Engineers, a research-driven innovation company working on affordable solutions for water, air, waste and energy, with operations in India and the United Kingdom.
